Communication is one of the most important means to transfer data ,information form one person to another. Similarly, it refers to one’s ways of understanding what the sender means . For eg:-  when we go to a particular seminar or workshop , listening to the whole lecture is not a difficult task .But, to understand what the sender wants to deliver really matters. Further , communication is the key to implement any activity in order to make an organization successful.In an employees stage ,he/she might have different perceptions regarding the growth of organization .Further, he needs to communication his own aspects for other to understand his and implement it and bring into action.This leads to success.
